Orders must be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund; cancellations after dispatch incur an £80 delivery charge, and custom-made or bespoke colour sofas cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. Refunds are processed 3–5 days after returned items pass inspection at our warehouse.

How long does bed delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your order choices:
- In-stock Mattresses / Beds: Typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Custom Upholstered Beds: Typically delivered within 7–14 working days.
Will the delivery team take the bed upstairs and assemble it?
Yes. Our 2-man delivery team will carry your items directly to your room of choice, assemble your new bed frame, and make sure everything is sturdy before leaving.
What if my headboard or bed base is too big for my staircase?
Please check access measurements carefully before ordering, particularly for tall headboards or wide Super King bed bases. If you have narrow staircases or tight turns, please notify us so we can provide split-headboard or split-base options.
How will I know when my delivery is arriving?
You will receive booking updates via SMS. 48 hours prior to delivery, you'll be allocated a 4-hour window, and the driver will call 30 minutes before arriving on the day.
